Manager: Campaigns & Business Development
Promoted in 2001 to lead the development of marketing programs for a new division of Oracle: Consulting Inside Sales Division. Tasked to manage three inside sales representatives for the Northeast region and create innovative lead generation programs for all industry segments; examples include telesales call scripts, webinars, and call-to-sale transactions. Designated as WHQ liaison for training the sales team on global and local marketing campaigns and messaging. Other responsibilities included list acquisition, development of scripts and development of deliverables, tracking leads, and reporting results to the management team. Consistently met targeted calls & leads per quarter and increased qualified leads per sales rep/quarter.
Field Marketing Programs Manager
Hired in 2000 in new role created for the Northeast region, to develop lead-generating programs. Activities included design and content for sales kits, direct mail efforts promoting products and services offered by Oracle Consulting, web content, webcasts for new product launch, and on-site seminars. Coordinated local tradeshows and conferences and assigned as liaison to Northeast Product Sales and WHQ Marketing. Increased lead generation for the region by 100%, attaining 3-5 highly qualified leads per program.

Marketing Programs Manager - Responsible for the creative development of marketing collateral, direct mail campaigns, program promotions and advertising for energy efficiency programs for residential customers. Increased customer participation in programs by 25%. Appointed as Company representative in collaborative utility program initiatives and promotional events and developed, maintained and updated content for Energy Management department website.
1995 - 1999
JD Edwards Enterprise Software, Northeast Territory:
Resource Manager – Promoted in 1998 to oversee the staffing of consulting projects and assisting Client Managers in maintaining the utilization of application and technical consultants at 100%. Successfully managed relationship with 20+ local businesses partners and worked with Training Registrars company-wide to staff courses offered to clients. Other tasks included preparation of business unit forecast reports, coordinating College recruiting program and liaise with HQ on maintaining customer satisfaction rating above corporate targets.
Account Manager – Promoted in 1996 to provide account management support to large account client base in NY, NJ Metro business unit. Responsibilities included problem resolution; managed client activity related to licensed modules, disaster/recovery testing and hardware/software upgrade projects. Liaison between Contracts Department, Director of Sales and General Manager on price quotes, contract preparation and negotiation. Appointed regional contact for customer satisfaction program, improving the region’s rating by 15%.
Marketing Programs Associate – Hired in 1995 to develop regional marketing strategy to generate leads and increase awareness of JD Edwards in the Northeast region. Marketing activities included direct mail, telemarketing and tradeshows. Initiated development of nationwide TeleForum program and worked with other Regional Managers to implement program company-wide. Assisted in coordinating annual user conference and designed database for conference registration.
1993-1995

Marketing Coordinator - 1st corporate role out of college. Responsible for developing marketing activities, graphic design and write/translate brochures and other content for the sales teams (independent contractors).
